Ingredients

  • 680g full-fat cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 240ml sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in sour cream and salt.
  5. Add vanilla extract if using.
  6. Pour into a lined springform pan.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
  8. Cool gradually.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled.
