My Story

My Story: From Insulin To Control

My journey started when my blood sugar was too high and I was told insulin may be the next step. I knew I had to change how I was eating, but I also needed something realistic, kosher and sustainable.

I started with keto, lost weight, improved my blood sugar and discovered that low-carb eating could work when it was simple. Later, ketovore and carnivore helped me simplify even further and understand which foods worked best for my body.
